Adipurush is a newly launched South Movie that was released on 16 June 2023. The movie is written and directed by Om Raut, who also directed movies like “Tanhaji” in 2020 and “Lokmanya: Ek Yug Purush” in 2015. The Adipurush movie is based on the Hindu religious story Ramayana by Valmiki and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair. The cinematography of the movie is done by Karthik Palani and the editors of the movie are Apurva Motiwale Sahai and Ashish Mhatre. The music of the movie is done by Sanchit Balhara, Ankit Balhara (Score), and Ajay-Atul, Sachet–Parampara (Songs).

The production companies of the movie are T-Series Films and Retrophiles and the movie is distributed by AA Films (Hindi), UV Creations (Telugu), People Media Factory (Telugu), KRG Studios (Kannada).
